Our take on the classic Egyptian Basbousa’s (originally made of semolina and ghee) made with organic maize grits, amaranth, and a bit of coconut with cold-macerated fresh rosemary and orange syrup. This is our summer edition with fresh mango and passionfruit, and mastic cream. These bites are light, fruity and all about texture.
