We are a small, independent bakery with a close-knit team, working with care, intention, and integrity - in both our craft and our culture. Our kitchen is grounded in slowness, sustainability, creativity, and deep respect for nature and the people we serve.

In relation to internship and volunteer enquiries, please note that due to the volume of requests received, we are unable to respond individually. We are not currently offering internship or volunteer positions.

In the future, there may be opportunities to learn through group workshops or online courses, which she hopes to offer again when the time is right.
