We are a small, independent bakery with a tightly-knit team. We operate with care, intention, and integrity - both in how we craft our products and how we build our work culture. Our kitchen is rooted in slowness, sustainability, creativity, and respect for both nature and the people we serve.

We do not offer internships or volunteer roles, as all training is led directly by our founder, who is entirely self-taught. After dedicating over three years to building Dendara into the space it is today, she is now focusing on new creative projects elsewhere and visits the bakery only to introduce and train the team on her latest recipe creations.

While one-on-one mentorship is not available, there may be opportunities in the future to learn through group workshops or online courses, which the founder hopes to offer again when the time is right.
