This 3-layer cake has a homemade blueberry compote and lavender and thyme curd then covered with a luscious vegan blueberry cream. The colours are all natural and flavours guaranteed to impress!
This cake can be nut-free, without the curd (will be two layers of blueberry compote) and white chocolate ganache instead of blueberry cream to mask. Kindly add to cake message section “Nut-free” upon ordering.Please note that adding a written message on the cake will limit decoration.
