Autumn in a cake! All the shades of orange and yellows, blended beautifully together in a light and airy elderflower chiffon bursting with favourite pears and apple, with a tiny kick from fresh ginger in the jam. Based on primarily free-range eggs, with our organic chiffon flour mix.

This 3-layer cake has a homemade pear ginger jam and apple elderflower curd then covered with a luscious vegan elderflower cream. The colours are all natural and flavours guaranteed to impress!

This cake can be nut-free, without the curd (will be two layers of pear ginger jam) and white chocolate ganache instead of buttercream to mask. Kindly add to cake message section “Nut-free” upon ordering.

Please note that adding a written message on the cake will limit decoration.

Storage & Preparation: Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days. Leave to thaw till room temperature for 1-2 hours for best texture.
