The hand pie we’ve made infamous, inspired by the scrumptious Moroccan delicacy.
Buttery, flaky rough puff pastry is filled with shredded halal free-range chicken, free-range eggs, Medjool dates, almonds and aromatic herbs and spices to make this delicious filling. The pastry is crispy on the outside yet, with tender layers on the inside.
