A crowd pleaser! You won't be able to tell it's gluten-free and vegan. A perfectly fudgy and decadent 3-layer cake with hibiscus curd and raspberry compote fillings covered in unsweetened dark chocolate ganache. The best chocolate cake for chocolate and non-chocolate fanatics!

This cake can be made nut-free with two layers of compote instead of curd. Kindly leave a note in the cake message section below "Nut-free" if required.

Storage & Preparation: Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days. Leave to thaw till room temperature for 1-2 hours for best texture.
