Inspired by our Valentine Beet Velvet and German Black Forest, this vegan cake has proven rave worthy at our bakery!

A most 4-layer cake, blackened with charcoal (with its added benefits), filled with a light vanilla whipped cream with cherries and frosted in our low-sugar mylk-chocolate buttercream. This cake will keep you coming back for more!

Ingredients: Organic charcoal powder, organic vanilla essence, organic white rice, organic tapioca, organic potato, organic coldpressed rapeseed oil, cherries, coconut, shea, organic almonds, organic unsweetened cacao powder, organic unrefined demerara, organic arrowroot, flax seeds, apple cider, baking soda, xanthan gum, sea salt 

Allergens: (Xanthan) Gum, Nuts (Almonds)

Storage & Preparation: Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days. Leave to thaw till room temperature for 1-2 hours for best texture.
