A moist 2-layer cake, with hints of beetroot lending a deep crimson colour with poached pears (hibiscus as the highlight) and a light cardamom mascarpone whipped cream. This cake is vegan and soy-free as well.

Please note that adding a written message on the cake will limit decoration.

Ingredients: Organic beetroot powder, pears, hibiscus, rose, organic vanilla essence, organic white rice, organic tapioca, organic potato, organic coldpressed extra virgin rapeseed oil, organic coconut, organic shea butter, cardamom, organic unrefined demerara, organic arrowroot, organic flax seeds, apple cider, baking soda, xanthan gum, almonds, cinnamon, lemon, sea salt, food colouring

Please note this cake is our only one containing food colouring (we use Sugarflair in the batter), albeit minimally. 

Allergens: (Xanthan) Gum, Nuts (Almonds)

Storage & Preparation: Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days. Leave to thaw till room temperature for 1-2 hours for best texture.

Disclaimer: Cake pictured is a custom size. Every order is hand crafted therefore, variables are possible. Our cakes are at least 4 inches in height and can vary up to 6 inches depending on the baking process and decoration. Since we decorate more intuitively, not one order is identical.
